Reporting to the Service Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the general administration and coordination of the On Highway heavy duty vehicle service department. Overall, responsibility includes primary point of contact for customer requests for service, vehicle intake, opening, managing, and closing service and warranty jobs. Monitor material and labor cost for work in process; review costs and prepare invoices and collect payment upon completion of work.
Assist Service Manager with Technician job assignments and oversee progress to completion.
Ensure service performed is appropriate and in compliance with company safety and standard operating procedures.

Maintain quality control throughout the process.
Create final customer invoice with complete explanation and charges for work performed, and review invoice with customer.

Education/Experience:
Experience in the heavy-duty truck service industry preferred but not required. Willing to train the right individual with an automotive background.
