We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Administrator to manage and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external manufacturers to ensure timely resolution of warranty issues. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Salary Range: $31.25 - $38.46 per hour

• Receive and review warranty claim requests from service and parts departments.
• Accurately document, process, and file warranty claims in a timely manner.
• Track and monitor in-process claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage warranty receivables and process credit statements.
• Code and submit warranty credit memos to accounting.
• Coordinate the collection of necessary documentation and materials for claim processing.
• Facilitate the purchase and registration of extended warranties on behalf of customers.
• Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with warranty policies and procedures.
• Support manufacturer audits related to warranty claims.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial HD off and on highway vehicles is highly desirable.
